It's Dangerous Out There, Take This

June 22, 2026

Every item category just got a visual upgrade. The hand-drawn category icons are gone, replaced with sharp, professionally illustrated assets from game-icons.net, so your Wondrous Items, Magic Weapons, and Adventuring Gear all look the part when you are tracking loot mid-session.

Other Changes

🎁 “Giving” and “receiving” transactions: Giving or receiving an item will now leave an audit trail with message options - now we can finally answer how the barbarian ended up with all the healing potions (the answer may surprise you!).

🧹 Cleaner item card layout: The collapsed card now shows a single Give button instead of inline quantity controls, and quantity displays as a compact badge so the card stays readable at a glance.

🔍 Item preview drawer as the management hub: Visibility, attunement, giving an item to another character, and deletion all live inside the item preview drawer now, with no more stale-state surprises.

🔧 Coin redistribution on denomination changes: Disabling Platinum or Electrum in Party Settings now moves that value into visible denominations automatically, so no gold is ever lost in the void.

🧮 Quantity field you can actually clear: You can now delete the quantity and type a fresh number in Add Item and Edit Item drawers without the field snapping back on every keystroke.

👋 Sign-out confirmation: Signing out now asks you to confirm first and gives you a chance to copy your party code before you go.

✨ What’s New page: This very changelog is now live at /changelog, and a popup will let you know when something new drops.

Group Purchases

June 12, 2026

Multiple characters can now chip in on a single buy. Each player gets an approval prompt on their device, the gold only moves when everyone agrees, and the whole thing gets logged in the ledger with a clear indicator that it was a group purchase. Finally you can all get that war elephant you absolutely needed for very peaceful reasons you promise.

Other Changes

🔧 Loot items show their full descriptions: Equipment items with descriptions now preview them right on the collapsed card.

🔍 Your custom items show up in search: Homebrew items your party has created now appear in the item autocomplete when you go to add something to a character.

✨ Inspiration tracker: Grant and spend inspiration with a tap, or roll dice to earn it.
